Verify Timeline: Check in the ERP if this withdrawal request was submitted within the statutory 14-day window from when the customer received the package.
Verify Product Eligibility: Ensure the items are not subject to standard return exclusions (e.g., custom-tailored goods or unsealed hygienic products).
Hold Refund: Keep the refund on hold until the items are physically returned to our warehouse or the customer provides verifiable proof of return postage (Right of Retention).
Process Refund: Once approved, make sure to refund the customer using the exact same payment method they used for the purchase.
